By using the Products, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Products.

Payment Information: Processed securely by third parties (Apple, Google, Stripe, or other payment processors). We do not store full credit card details.
Content & Media: Photos, videos, poses, directions, or other creative material you upload or submit.
Device & Technical Data: Device type, OS, app version, IP address, browser type, crash logs, and system performance data.
Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, actions taken, referral links, in-app behavior.
Social Login Data: If you use Facebook or similar sign-in, we may receive profile details (e.g., name, email, ID).
Communications: Feedback, support requests, survey responses, or contest entries.
Invites & Referrals: When you invite friends, we process their name/email solely for sending the invitation.
Sensitive Information: Client contracts, invoices, or client galleries uploaded by you into the Products. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful rights/consents to upload such data.

2. How We Use Your Information

Data is hosted in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom on third-party infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare, Firebase, Heroku, etc.).
Payment data is processed securely by Stripe, Apple, Google, or other processors.
By using the Products, you consent to transfers of your data internationally, which may have different protection standards than your home country.

6. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption, firewalls, access controls, and continuous monitoring. However, no system is completely secure, and you use the Products at your own risk.

7. Data Retention

We keep account profile and billing data while you maintain an active account.
We retain backup data and system logs for security, billing, and compliance for up to 7 years, unless a longer period is legally required.
User content (including galleries, contracts, invoices, or client data) is not retained once you permanently delete it. Deleted content is not backed up by us and may not be recoverable.
Residual copies of content may persist in temporary system caches or backups for a limited period but will not be restored for user access.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your data.
Object to processing or restrict use of your data.
Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
Request portability of your data.
Opt-out of marketing.

Any content you post in community forums, groups, or public areas of the Products may be visible to others. Removal may not guarantee complete deletion of historical copies.
